Call to Order#

Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 6:56 PM.

Commissioner Comments#

Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items. None

Consent Agenda Items#

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Commission for reading and study. They are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Commission with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by a Commission member or by a Citizen Request.

• Meeting Minutes (May 20, 2025 Regular Meeting) – Commissioner Walker moved to accept minutes as submitted. Seconded by Commissioner Schmid. Unanimously approved.
• Accounting Summary Report – Commissioner Henderson submitted as of June 17, 2025. Net General Fund balance: $102,479.68.
• Payables –
  • Voucher 2164 – Smyth Lumbermill – $687.96
  • Voucher 2165 – West Timber Craft – $900.00 Total: $1,587.96 Motion by Commissioner Henderson. Seconded by Commissioner Walker.

Old Business Items#

New Business Items#

• Piling Replacement Process – Season July–February. Contract for piling with Aquatic Resources to be signed, approximately one year. Target completion September 2026.
• Port Auditor Position – Commissioner Schmid.
• Dock/Swim Float Signage – Change to “Unload/Load Only.” Two new signs to be made and placed on dock rails:
  • “Absolutely No Mooring”
  • “No Unattended Vessels – Load/Unload Only”
• Next Meeting – Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
