Call to Order#

Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 6:58 PM.

Commissioner Comments#

Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items. None

Consent Agenda Items#

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Commission for reading and study. They are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Commission with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by a Commission member or by a Citizen Request.

• Meeting Minutes (June 17, 2025 Regular Meeting) – Commissioner Walker moved to accept minutes as submitted. Seconded by Commissioner Schmid. Unanimously approved.
• Accounting Summary Report – Commissioner Henderson is awaiting a call back from the County to confirm the amount.
• Payables –
  • Voucher 2166 – Metal Supermarkets (Swim Float Repair) – $203.47
  • Voucher 2167 – Jeff Henderson (Reimbursement, PO Box Annual Fee) – $192.00 Total: $395.47 Motion by Commissioner Schmid. Seconded by Commissioner Walker.

• Piling Replacement Process – Commissioner Walker will call Aquatic Resources to get an updated quote for check amount.
• Port Auditor Position – Commissioner Schmid is working on filling the position.
• Dock/Swim Float Signage – Discussion on whether the current revised sign is acceptable. Commissioners will continue to monitor and consider any changes if needed.
• Email Update – Commissioner Henderson reported that the Port email service is intermittently functional. Issue is being worked on.
• Next Meeting – Scheduled for Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Commissioner Schmid moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 PM. Seconded by Commissioner Walker. Passed unanimously.
