Commissioners in Attendance: Gary Walker, Ted Schmid, Cindy Abbott Auditor: Michael Buerger Recording Secretary: Melody Jorgensen Guests: None

Call to Order#

Commissioner Walker called the meeting to order at 6:55 PM.

Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items. None

Consent Agenda Items#

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Commission for reading and study. They are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Commission with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by a Commission member or by a Citizen Request.

• Meeting Minutes – November 18, 2025 Regular Meeting Commissioner Abbott moved to accept the minutes as submitted. Seconded by Commissioner Schmid. Unanimously approved.

• Swear-in of Commissioners

  • Ted Schmid — Oath of Office signed and witnessed. Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2029
  • Gary Walker — Oath of Office signed and witnessed. Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2031

• Accounting Summary Report As of November 2025:

  • General Fund #88715: $49,307.51
  • General Fund Investment Account: $81,415.72
  • Total: $130,723.23

• Payables: None

• Piling Replacement Process Aquatic Resources contract status discussed. Commissioner Walker.

• Sign Committee and Conversation Tabled until next meeting.

• Email Update and Website Migration Commissioner Walker reported a one-time cost of $1,800.00 for website migration. Follow-up planned for early 2026.

• Bird Houses on Dock Pilings Pam Dassel requested removal of existing bird houses for cleaning, with replacement in early spring and addition of two more for a total of four bird houses.

• Non-Compensation Forms / Waivers Commissioners Walker and Schmid signed waivers for their elected terms.

• Next Meeting Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
