Commissioner Cookson called the meeting to order at 6:57 PM.

  • Submitted by Port Auditor Susan Henry as of February 20, 2024 for January 2024.
  • Net General Fund balance: $110,731.11

• Bench Design – Spencer West & Ty Purser project; Commissioner Cookson reported estimated completion in 2–3 weeks. He will follow up.
• Sign Committee Report – No update (per Commissioner Walker).
• Pilings – Concrete pilings reviewed by Russ at Kingsbridge. Mark provided second quote, approximately $3,000.00.
• Terry and Connie Recognition – Discussion of recognition for dock contributions. To include Breeze article, plaque, and verbiage to be finalized at next meeting.
• Next Meeting – Scheduled for Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
