1. Call to Order#

Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 6:57 PM.

2. Commissioner Comments#

Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items.

3. Consent Agenda#

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Commission for review. They are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion with no separate discussion unless requested.

• Meeting Minutes

  • March 19, 2024 regular meeting minutes approved as submitted.
    • Motion: Commissioner Henderson
    • Second: Commissioner Cookson
    • Vote: Unanimously approved
  • February minutes will be approved at May meeting when Commissioner Walker is present.

• Accounting Summary Report

  • Submitted by Port Auditor Susan Henry for March 2024.
  • Net General Fund balance as of April 16, 2024: $111,605.54

• Payables

  • Voucher #2155 – Puget Sound Energy, $60.00

• Port Auditor Position – Volunteer position; to be posted in the Indianola Breeze. Commissioner Henderson will collect books from Auditor Susan Henry.
• Bench Design – Report from Spencer West; bench with Ty Purser is complete and will be placed soon.

• Pilings – No update.
• Reckard Acknowledgement
• Next Meeting – Scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
