Call to Order#

Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM.

Commissioner Comments#

Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items. None.

Consent Agenda Items#

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Commission for reading and study. They are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Commission with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by a Commission member or by a citizen request.

• Meeting Minutes of the January 17, 2022 regular meeting – Error found regarding General Fund balance. Commissioner Henderson to correct and submit revised minutes at the March 21, 2023 meeting.
• Accounting Summary Report submitted by Port Auditor Susan Henry as of February 21, 2023:
  • Net General Fund Balance: $105,944.89
• Payables:
  • Voucher #2142 – Commissioner Walker reimbursement for Paton Light repair – $269.12
  • Voucher #2143 – Puget Sound Energy – $60.00
  • Commissioner Henderson moved to accept vouchers as submitted. Seconded by Commissioner Walker. Passed unanimously.

• Bench Report: No update. Commissioner Cookson to contact Spencer West and Ty Purser to attend the March 21, 2023 meeting with a progress report.
• Sign Committee Report: No update. Commissioner Walker to contact committee member regarding progress.
• Port Email: Commissioner Henderson to work with Cory Gregerson to utilize MS Outlook for Port email.
• Power Upgrade: New meter and panel installation ongoing (Commissioners Walker, Henderson, and Bob Kinnaird coordinating).
• Next Meeting: Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 7:00 PM.
