Call to Order#

Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM.

None.

Consent Agenda Items#

• Meeting Minutes: June 28, 2020 regular meeting – Commissioner Henderson moved to accept; second by Commissioner Cookson. Passed unanimously.
• Accounting Summary Report (July & August 2020) – Auditor Susan Henry:
  • Net General Fund Balance (excluding project fund): $104,177.28
  • RCO Project Fund Balance: $10,752.94
  • Project Fund Expense Balance: ($32,834.38)
  • Project Fund tracks the RCO Grant Match.
• Payables (August 2020 and prior): $1,131.99
  • Voucher #2103 – $354.26 to Yardvark Services LLC (landscaping)
  • Voucher #2104 – $777.73 to reimburse Commissioner Walker for Kitsap County permit fee Commissioner Henderson moved to approve payment of vouchers; second by Commissioner Walker. Passed unanimously.

Old Business#

New Business#

• Maintenance/Repair Permit: 5-year Maintenance and Repair permit submitted; fees paid.
• Dock Entrance Upgrade:
  • Shoreline Substantial Permit approved by Kitsap County; DOE review pending (30 days).
  • Building Permit submitted; expected by year-end.
  • Small Works Roster updated on Port website; article submitted to Indianola Breeze requesting interested contractors for bid process.

• Sarah Runnels reported that Pam Dassel and Casper Lane are discussing a proposed Ancestral Sign detailing tribal presence in Indianola.
