Call to Order#

Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 6:59 PM.

Commissioner Comments#

Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items. None.

Consent Agenda Items#

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Commission for reading and study, are considered routine, and will be enacted by one motion of the Commission with no separate discussion. Items can be removed for discussion by a Commission member or citizen request.

• Meeting Minutes of the January 21, 2020 regular meeting – Commissioner Henderson moved to accept the minutes as submitted, seconded by Commissioner Walker. Passed unanimously.
• Accounting Summary Report by Port Auditor Susan Henry for January 2020:
  • Net General Fund Balance (after warrants, excluding project fund): $98,822.76
  • Project Fund Balance: ($24,022.68) (Project Fund used to track RCO Grant Match)
• Payables: $247.00
  • Voucher #2093: Susan Henry, $22.00 (postage reimbursement)
  • Voucher #2094: MLA Engineering, $175.00 (RCO project)
  • Voucher #2095: Jeff Henderson, $50.00 (reimbursement) Commissioner Henderson moved to approve payment of vouchers, seconded by Commissioner Cookson. Passed unanimously.

• Maintenance/Repair Permit: Commissioner Walker reports that the permit application is nearly complete. All documents uploaded; estimated cost: $750.00.
• Dock Entrance Upgrade: Terry and Connie Reckord awaiting permit determination.
• Port Website Page Update: To be addressed next month.
• Next Port Commission Meeting: March 17, 2020.
