• Approval of Regular August Meeting Minutes – deferred to September regular meeting.
• Other consent items – deferred to September regular meeting.

5. Old Business#

• Reviewed PND (engineers for pier and swim float replacement/repairs) invoices.
• Discussed bidding process for engineering work and swim float materials/labor invoices.
• Reviewed May 10 proposal from Bill Henry for costs of labor and materials to build swim/mooring floating dock.
• Discussed bidding requirements and permits for future work contracted by the POI.
• POI checkbook and register to be transferred to POI accountant/auditor, Carol Tripp, for payments.
  • Commissioner Frank will check purchase orders for invoices, etc.
