MEETING MINUTES OF THE INDIANOLA PORT DISTRICT BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS, Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 AT 7:00 PM, INDIANOLA CLUBHOUSE 19876 INDIANOLA ROAD NE, INDIANOLA, WA 98342

CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

COMMISSIONER COMMENTS: Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items. NONE

CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each member of the Commission for reading and study. They are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Commission with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by a Commission member or by a Citizen Request.

Meeting Minutes of the March, 18th 2025 regular meeting - Commissioner Walker moved to accept minutes as submitted, Seconded by Commissioner Ted Schmid. Unanimously approved.

Accounting Summary Report -Commissioner Henderson submitted as of May 20"' 2025.Net General Fund balance for May 2025 $102,881.21.

Payables -Voucher 2163-PSE $100.00. Motion Commissioner Walker, 2nd Commissioner Schmid. D.

OLD BUSINESS ITEMS: None

NEW BUSINESS ITEM

Tim Celeski- 1. Artwork for replacement Dock Boards. Three Categories of Words. Vibe, Action, Location and "Community". Will be on both sides of replacement boards. 1st board will be GBS co-ordinates. 2. Weather Station for Port of Indianola. $300.0 for Box. Discussed and will follow up further.

Smyth Lumber- Replacement deck Boards, 20-12ft boards 687.96 with tax. Motion Commissioner Henderson, 2nd Commissioner Schmid .

Port Auditor Position- Continue to work on filling position.

Piling Replacement Process- Contract sign for permits. June-Oct 1st• 1 year time lag, S year renewal.

Piling Repair- Completed, awaiting invoice to pay. Motion Commissioner Walker, 2nd

Commissioner Schmid.

Port of Indianola Web Site- is up and running

Next meeting Tuesday June 17th, 2025. H.

ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Henderson moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 PM. Seconded by Commissioner Schmid. Passed unanimously.
