MEETING MINUTES OF THE INDIANOLA PORT DISTRICT BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS, Tuesday, April 16th, 2024 AT 7:00 PM, INDIANOLA CLUBHOUSE 19876 INDIANOLA ROAD NE, INDIANOLA, WA 98342

CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Henderson called the meeting to order at 6:57 pm
COMMISSIONER COMMENTS: Commissioner Comments is the time for Board members to present verbal reports and suggest future agenda items. NONE
CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:
All matters listed within the Consent Agenda have been distributed to each m·ember of the Commission for reading and study. They are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion of the Commission with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by a Commission member or by a Citizen Request.
A. Meeting Minutes of the March 19th, 2024 regular meeting - Commissioner Henderson moved to accept minutes as submitted, Seconded by Commissioner Cookson. Unanimously approved. Minutes from February to be approved at May meeting when Commissioner Gary present.
B. Accounting Summary Report submitted by Port Auditor Susan Henry as of April 16th, 2024 for March 2024. Net General Fund balance for March 2024, $111,605.54.
C. Payables Voucher #2155 Puget Sound Energy $60.00. Total $60.00.
OLD BUSINESS ITEMS: None
NEW BUSINESS ITEMS:
A. Port Auditor Position- Volunteer position, post in Breeze, Commissioner Jeff to get books from Susan.
B. Bench Design-Spencer West, Ty Purser-Bench is done, Spender will place soon.
C. Sign Committee Report- No update
D. Pilings-No update
E. Reckard Acknowledgement
F. Next meeting Tuesday May 2lst,2024

EXECUTIVE SESSION
ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Cookson moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 PM. Seconded by Commissioner Walker. Passed unanimously.
